To truly live an authentic life, the work begins with you. I offer coaching for individuals seeking to achieve specific goals, as well as those interested in exploring their lives and how they can live more authentically.
For organizations there is group coaching. These can be one-time, goal-oriented, facilitated meetings, to ongoing coaching sessions for staff and administration.
Leadership Training encompasses a holistic view of a particular organization, or can be general in nature. Leadership Training is not just for Administrators, but incorporates Peer Leadership. I focus on the whole staff and create a space for genuine teamwork.
